Designing Better Landscape Paintings - Water Color Workshop

Do you want to paint better landscapes but not sure how to do it? In this class the Instructor will teach specific ways to give your landscape paintings extra punch and visual appeal. The class objective is learning how to evaluate your paintings and learning ways to improve future paintings. All painting media are welcome and design principles apply to all media. All skill levels are welcome as long as the student has a finished landscape painting to bring to class.
The first half of class will be lecture and examples of design elements and principles. The second half will be self-critique of a finished painting you brought to class and then applying design concepts to rework that painting, or you may design and paint a new painting from a photo. Students may or may not complete a painting during class, but students will, at a minimum, complete a plan to work from later.
Students can bring a bag lunch and drink for a 30-minute lunch break.
Upon registering, a supply list will be provided.
This is a great self-improvement painting class.
