	The total price will consist on the nightly rate, the "All-Inclusive" Reservation Charge, and 12% taxes. Rates are the same regardless of the number of guests in your party. The All-Inclusive Reservation Charge includes all cleaning and processing charges for your reservation.Please note: Number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the cabin* *** Damage Protection Waiver - "DPW" is a $45.00 non-refundable damage waiver that is added to every reservation. The DPF will cover up to $750 in accidental or inadvertent damages if, and only if, the damage/accident is reported at that time of occurrence.

Cabin Description

Timber Lodge is the cozy, charming mountain getaway cabin you have been dreaming of! Nestled on the mountainside just outside of Downtown Blue Ridge, this cabin is minutes from restaurants, shopping, seasonal festivals, and area attactions.

Timber Lodge has an awesome firepit just outside for gathering together, watching the sun set and lots of laughs making s'mores! The main level deck has seating, gas grill, and overlooks the lovely mountain view. Enter the main level to enjoy the comfy living space with a stone gas log fireplace, TV and seating. The dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchens breakfast bar seats two guests. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

The main level bedroom has a queen bed, TV and french doors that open onto the main level deck. This bedroom also has a bathroom with a unique whiskey barrel sink and standard shower.

The upper level has a King size bed, TV, and bathroom with single vanity and standard shower. This bedroom has a private balcony with seating for two. This balcony is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine with your favorite person! Timber Lodge is great for one couple or two couples looking to getaway to the mountains while still being close to Downtown Blue Ridge. Come enjoy the mountain views at Timber Lodge!

Please note: Fireplaces are available for use from October 1st to April 30th. Outdoor WOOD BURNING fireplaces may be used year round, however MTCR does not provide firewood. Firepits are also available year round but firewood is not provided in firepits. Outdoor gas log fireplaces may not be used out of season.
